Case Dismissed! A Very Good Day.

It’s amazing what a single piece of paper can do. For my client, it was his whole life. A career that he desperately wanted was out of reach, an impossibility, until we received this piece of paper. A serious assault charge that made him look dangerous and crazy is now gone. I also have immense respect for the prosecutor for their decision to dismiss this case. They were aggressive, capable, and ethical throughout the entire process and I do not fault them for any step along the way. However, as soon as certain information came out, the case was over. A good day. A very good day.
