What You’ll Need to Retrieve Your Vehicle

If You Are NOT the Registered Owner

Depending on the vehicle’s ownership, additional steps are required:

  • Personal Vehicle:

    • A notarized letter from the registered owner

    • Copy of the owner’s photo ID

    • OR matching last name and address on your driver’s license

  • Rental or Company-Owned Vehicle:

    • The company must fax written authorization to the impound lot

  • Repossession:

    • Provide an Affidavit of Repossession or Writ of Replevin

    • Lien holder’s card is also required

    • No exceptions
