Jack Rice Selected as 2023 Minnesota Super Lawyer.

It was 1999 when Jack was first recognized as a Rising Star in the legal profession here in Minnesota. Jack was pleased that this continued for multiple year until 2003 when he was first selected as a Super Lawyer.  A lot has happened in the last 20 years as a criminal defense attorney here.  He has represented a lot of clients and tried a lot of cases, everything from serious assaults, to rape cases to murder.  And yet, it is always an honor to be recognized by your peers.  Today, Jack was recognized as a Super Lawyer for 2023.

“Jack hopes that this truly reflects the effort that he puts in for his clients as well as the outcomes they receive.”

According to Super Lawyer,

“Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Since Super Lawyers is intended to be used as an aid in selecting a lawyer, we limit the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public.”

Knowing that fewer than 5% of lawyers receive this designation, Jack Rice is thrilled to be acknowledged by his peers. It matters because they see the work that he does, day in and day out. That being said, Jack hopes that this truly reflects the effort that he puts in for his clients as well as the outcomes they receive. This is the reason he does this. It is about standing beside them and fighting as hard as he knows how to defend their rights.

“After more than 25 years, it still matters to Jack and he still loves standing up a fighting for his clients.”
